Department: Talent Management WALLS Entertainment is seeking a Talent Agent to work closely with a curated roster of digital creators, helping them grow their careers and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role focuses on sourcing and closing brand partnerships, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with brands and agencies, while supporting creators with strategy, positioning, and long term business development. The ideal candidate understands the creator economy, operates with a high level of ownership, and is comfortable managing multiple deals and relationships in a fast paced, performance driven environment. This is a commission based role with significant upside tied directly to performance and growth.
